The "Service provider" may, from time to time, offer various payment methods, including without limitation payment by credit card, by debit card, by certain mobile payment providers. You authorize the "Service provider" to charge you for Paid Services through any payment method(s) you select when purchasing the Paid Services (the "Payment Method") and you agree to make payment using such Payment Method(s) (we may, from time to time, receive and use updated payment method information provided by you or that financial institutions or payment processors may provide to us to update information related to your Payment Method(s), such as updated expiration dates or account numbers). Certain Payment Methods, such as credit cards and debit cards, may involve agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Methods (the "Payment Method Provider"). If we do not receive payment from your Payment Method Provider, you agree to directly pay all amounts due upon demand from us. Your non-termination or continued use of the Paid Services reaffirms that we are authorized to charge your Payment Method.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually) for the same duration and at the then-current price, until cancelled by the user.
By purchasing a subscription with automatic renewal, you provide your explicit consent to recurring billing on your chosen Payment Method. The billing frequency and price are disclosed to you before purchase and are also visible at any time on your account's Billing page.
Where required by applicable law, we will notify you by email before a renewal charge is made, in particular where the renewal price has increased since your last payment or where a longer-term subscription is due to renew.
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next renewal date, at no cost, using the instructions in the "Cancellation of Subscriptions" section below. Cancelling automatic renewal does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period, except as set out in our Refund Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
If you are unable to access these settings, you may request cancellation by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current, already-paid billing period. There is no notice period required, and no further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date, your account will automatically revert to a free or basic account, and premium features will no longer be available, unless you subscribe again.
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or profile. If you wish to delete your account and personal data entirely, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
If you purchase any Services that we offer for a fee (the "Paid Services"), such as a subscription to our Services or tokens, you authorize the "Service provider" and our designated payment processors to store your payment information and other related information. You also agree to pay the applicable fees for the Paid Services (including without limitation periodic fees for ongoing subscriptions (the "Subscription Fees") as set forth on the Member account webpage) as they become due plus all related taxes (including without limitation sales and use taxes, duties or other governmental taxes or fees), and to reimburse us for all collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts. All fees and charges are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for any partially used Paid Services (including partially used subscription periods) except as expressly set forth in this Terms and Conditions, as otherwise required by applicable law (Refund Policy), and at the "Service provider’s" sole and absolute discretion. Fees for the Paid Services may be payable in advance, in arrears, per usage, or as otherwise described when you initially purchase the Paid Services. All prices for Paid Services are subject to change without notice (except as otherwise described in this Section).

Unless otherwise provided, these Terms and Conditions are effective upon your first use of the Services. They shall remain in effect until it is terminated by the Terms and Conditions. The easiest way to terminate your account is to follow the instructions under "Settings" in the Service. The "Service provider" may terminate your account at any time without notice if it believes that you have violated these terms. Upon such termination, you will not be entitled to any refund for purchases.
The Service may contain advertisements and promotions offered by third parties and links to other websites or resources. The "Service provider" is not responsible for the availability (or lack of availability) of such external websites or resources. If you choose to interact with the third parties made available through our Service, such party's terms will govern their relationship with you. The "Service provider" is not responsible or liable for such third parties' terms or actions.
From time to time, we may offer free trials or other promotions (a "Promotion"). As an example, we may offer promotions that provide free subscriber-level access to the Services for a certain period of time. Furthermore, for example, we may provide you with our virtual currency (tokens) without charge. Additional Terms applicable to any Promotions may be provided.
If any term or provision of this Agreement will be held invalid or unenforceable to any extent under any applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement will not be affected thereby, and each remaining term and provision of this Agreement will be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our site or your interactions with other users.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our site or your interactions with other users, including any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The Service provider complies with applicable consumer protection, e-commerce, payment services, and data protection laws in the jurisdictions in which it operates, including, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), and applicable payment services regulations.
Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the Service, including age verification requirements, anti-fraud laws, and, where relevant, anti-money-laundering regulations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Portal: use of the Service for any unlawful purpose; unauthorized commercial solicitation or advertising; distribution of illegal, infringing, or sexually exploitative content, including any content involving minors; circumventing or attempting to circumvent security or age-verification measures; creating multiple or fraudulent accounts; and engaging in scams, financial fraud, or deceptive schemes targeting other users.
The Service provider reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities, to report suspected illegal activity, and to disclose account information where required to do so by law or a valid legal process.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Subject to the paragraph below, the courts of Riga, Republic of Latvia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, the above choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of that country. EU/EEA consumers may additionally refer disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Before initiating any court proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through the complaint procedure described in our Refund, Billing & Chargeback Policy.
The Service provider processes users' personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://amalocus.com/privacy-policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
Where the GDPR or an equivalent data protection law applies, the Service provider acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service and processes it lawfully, fairly, and transparently, for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy (including account administration, provision of the Service, safety and fraud prevention, and, where consented to, marketing).
Subject to applicable law, users have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port their personal data, and to object to certain processing, including direct marketing. Requests can be made by contacting [email protected]. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection supervisory authority.
This section does not limit or replace the more detailed provisions of our Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued use of our site after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
